In my opinion, there are three kinds of people.
1. Followers
2. Leaders (Business Schools always told us to be a leader)
3. Rule-Makers

No doubt, never be a leader, but be a "Rule-Maker"!!!

As a rule-maker, you always make rules to guide your leaders(managers), and then let leaders lead followers to follow your "rules"!

In a word, how about be a "Rule-Makers" ? ~
If it's going to be, it's up to you!
