我是用土方法把選項都帶進去試試看,

1+x+y+xy=15
(1+x)+y(1+x)=15
(1+x)(1+y)=15

又x, y 為正整數
因此(1+x), (1+y)也是正整數
這樣的組合只有3*5 5*3 兩種符合

故 x+y=6
