Although computers can enhance people's ability to communicate,computer games are a cause of underdeveloped communication skills in childern.After-school hours spent playing computer games are hours not spent talking with people.Therefore,children who spend all their spare time playing these games have less experience in interpersonal communication than other childern have.

The argument depends on which of the gollowing assumptions?
(A) Passive activies such as watching TV and listening to music do not hinder the development of communication skills in childern.

(B) Most childern have other opportuities,in addtion to after-school hours,in which they can choose whether to play computer games or to interact with other prople.

(C) Childern who do not spend all their after-school hours playing computer games sepnd at least some of that time talking with other people.

(D) Formal instruction contributes little or nothing to childern's acquistion of communication skills.

(E) The mental skills developed through playing computer games do not contribute significantly to childern's intellectual development.

這題我看了OG的解答後，還不是很懂為什麼答案是C，雖然其他答案皆可用刪去法被刪除，但不是很理解選C的關鍵為？煩請大大幫忙解釋。謝謝！！

一直都在玩電腦跟沒有玩電腦有兩種狀況, 題目是說如果你沒有在玩電腦你的溝通技巧就會比一直在玩電腦的人來的好, 但是題目也有說要做什麼才會增加溝通技巧, 是要花很多時間去跟人家溝通才會增加溝通技巧, 所以沒有玩電腦的人, 可能 1 都待在家裡沒去跟人溝通, 2 有出去跟人家溝通, 所以問assumption 就很簡單啦, 如果沒玩電腦的人都沒有去跟人家溝通的話, 它的溝通技巧怎麼會進步呢
