今天晚上十一點
跟U of minnesota 的 Carlson MBA 的人作phone interview

面試者是Linh Gilles，人蠻nice的
一開始就介紹面試主要45分，其中30分為面試者提問，後15分是給我提問的時間(不過我才面試四十分鐘不到>_<)

問了以下的問題：
(1)請說明一下我過去的工作經歷
(2)Why now and why MBA
(3)Why Carlson
(4)Long-term and short-term goal
(5)若你現在已經結束第一個學期的課程，你覺得你的同學會如何形容你(考別人 對你的評價)
(6)說明一個你曾經有過team work 的例子
(7)說明是否曾經有與不同文化不同國家的人一起共事過
(8)請用簡短三十秒鐘，說明你為何會是一個好的MBA student( 說自己的優勢)

大家可以準備三到四個問題，我才準備了二個，覺得有一點少....

In adition to those tests and essays, what else do you do to prepare yourself for a MBA Program?

我是三個禮拜前phone interview的，不好意思，最近忙一點囉
面試官是Patrick McCarthy，聽說蠻年輕的
人很好，會在我說的天花亂墜的時候適時打斷我，問新的問題把我導回正題

問了這些：
1) Review Resume (education、work experience 由遠到近)
* 由University 開始，分別問了academic and extracurricular 的表現
* 提到當兵那段，因為是預官排長，就要我舉了leadership 的實例，和我的leadership philosophy
2) Short-term and long-term goal
3) Why Carlson
4) 假設現在在 admissions committee 面前，用簡短几句話說告訴committee 為什麼要錄取你

這是我第一次面試，常會講到沒有重點。可能是Resume 的部分講的太久了吧(整個review完接近30分鐘了)，他竟然沒有問我Why MBA
