2. Teamwork / Leadership experience?

3. Ideal leader?

4. Leadership definition?

5. Scenario : If you are asked to layoff some of your team members or to give recommendation to your supervisor who should be fired,
what kind of characteristic you would looking for to be your ideal teammates and suggest not to be layoff?

6. What kind of conditions you would take into account when you choose the school you want to apply?
Why Case Western Reserve University?

7. Stay in U.S. or go back to Taiwan after graduation?

我是1/23 進行電話面試的,同樣是Jon面試,題目幾乎一樣,另外還問我一些我工作上的事情
比較不一樣的是
1. 畢業之後工作目標 想做什麼?
2. 如果錄取之後上課對其他同學有何幫助貢獻?

我有問什麼時候通知是否錄取
他說 a coup of weeks

最後聊了一堆關於克里夫蘭市的 東西 像天氣 人文 文化 交通 觀光等等
說話速度很快不過人很親切
