Babson inverview sharing

今天晚上十二點，剛跟Babson的 admissions associate director 作完phone interview

面試者是Domenic Lomanno

今天電話面試時可以聽的比較清楚，因為線路比較大聲，而且講話的速度有比昨天的慢一些

不像昨天跟 Carlson的ad officer面試，聲音比較小，而且講話的速度比較快…..

我強烈建議大家，在準備interview問題時，一定要去search過去曾經有人面試這家學校的問題

像昨天我跟Carlson與今天跟Babson作phone inverview，內容就有些不同，但大致follow 過去這二家學校通常會問的題目….

今天面試，大約30分鐘左右，幾乎都是我在說….
所以問了不少問題，比較訝異的是，他居然沒有問我why Babson(不知是不是被我遺漏掉了><)

以下是今天被問到的問題：
(1)talk about your previous work experience
(2)state your career path and your career goal
(3)How your past work experience will help your post-MBA career goal?
(4)What are the criteria of you to select MBA program? What other schools do you apply to?
(5)What do you think the most stimulating part and the most frustrating part when working in a team?
(6)What would you do if a team member wasn't pulling his own weight?
(7)What do other classmates will learn from you?
(8)What do you want to learn from other classmates?
(9)Why do you think it’s the right time for you to pursue MBA program?

我發現在傷咖上分享Babson相關的訊息還蠻少的
最近仔細去閱讀這個學校MBA的課程，覺得很偏向實務的，而且課程規劃也蠻有系統的….而且大部分都是分組討論報告居多…

因此若希望MBA課程具有這種特性的人，可以參考Babson看看…
