Hi everyone,

We’re a group of Taiwanese MBA students at MIT Sloan, who will go back to Taiwan for our winter break! Given our love to our school, we’d like to share our experiences with all the Taiwanese prospective students who are interested in MIT Sloan. Five of us (more are coming!) will hold an unofficial info session at Taipei, to introduce our school to you and to answer your questions, and we welcome everyone to join us!



Event: MIT Sloan Info Session @ Taipei (Unofficial and Uncensored!!!)

Attendees: Current Taiwanese Sloanies and talented prospective students – you!

Time: 7pm, Friday, January 4th

Your email should include: (1) Your Chinese name, (2) Your English name, (3) College degree, (4) Current company and position, (5) Cell number, and (6) Email add. It’s simply for us to know you more, and it’ll be easier if we’ll put people into sub-groups given a large RSVP number. We’ll further contact you if there’s any change to the event.

這次難得幾乎所有MIT Sloan的台灣current students都會到場, 每個人因為職業生涯的目標不同(banking, consulting, marketing, corporate finance等), 在學校take的課程相當的diverse, 參加的社團也不同(除了career focus, 還有興趣導向的社團), 相信這次可以提供非常完整的介紹給各位有興趣的申請者. 歡迎大家多多交流~

No news....traditionally, interviews for MIT Rd 1 do not go out until Jan.

face-to-face面試. Sloan比較特別的是沒有校友面試, admission office希望親自面試申請者確認是否真為Sloan所需的學生. 所以他們都會全世界飛透透跟申請者面試.

另外, Sloan也不會問Why MBA or Why Sloan等一些traditional的問題, 主要都是behavioral的問題, 問你leadership的經驗, 會一直深入的問你人事時地物, 甚至當你說了甚麼話, 你的心境, 別人的反應, 結果如何, 都會細問.
