CSU系列轉學UC系統?可行嗎?

因為GMAT&TOFEL不是很好,打算先念CSU系列再轉UC系統?
因為美加黃冠文有提過這種方法!
不知道這種方法可行嗎?如果要轉學需要哪些條件阿? 謝謝囉

This is not possible at a graduate level. You'd need to apply to the UCs again.

I recommend you to check the transfer policy with your target schools directly.
