我確實有意申請SJD，但是以台灣的碩士學歷申請，似乎不甚容易，
請問是否一定要從LLM申請起比較保險。

另外，我在履歷表上所填寫的各種資歷，例如律師或是工作經驗
需要附上證明文件嗎？
比如：律師證書有英文版的嗎，
或是，我需要拿到法院公證後，在交由外交部認證再一併寄出去之類的。

幾乎所有 SJD programs 都收該校畢業的 LLM (這跟保險與否無關)
幾乎所有 Top 10 的 LLM programs 收的台灣學生多是律師 (無須公證, 自由心證填寫即可, 除非被要求)

雖然我也知道念SJD回學術界發展的路不好走，
但我還是覺得，對我而言，這比當個律師我比較有興趣，

此外，不知道 hsieh3 是念哪一間學校的，可否提供一下該校的資訊。

Hey I actually have never heard anyone who got admitted to the SJD/JSD program in the US without attending an US LLM program.
Unless you already have extraordinary academic achievements (but if so I dont think you need this SJD actually), I would recommend you to get into a decent LLM program first.

The policy for the SJD programs differs from schools to schools. Try to contact a current student or alum from the school you are interested in. I think that will be most helpful. Good luck~
