The proportion of women among students enrolled in higher education programs has increased over the past decades. This is partly shown by the fact that in 1959, only 11 percent of the women between twenty and twenty-one were enrolled in college, while in 1981, 30 percent of the women between twenty and twenty-one were enrolled in college.

不知道是不是我數學不太好，我看不出D為什麼可以用來evaluate?
題目的結論是說女生註冊比率增加，然後題目又自己回答了1959年佔11percent, 1981佔30percent, 不就已經回答了? 那還需要什麼條件來評估?
還是我理解有誤呢?

這個題目應該是在看如何strengthen 作者的論點.

Argument: 進入高等教育的女生有日益增多的趨勢

而正確答案D，其實是探討20~21歲的全體國民是否都呈現同樣的趨勢。

也就是說，假如男生也呈現同樣的狀況，這個論點就應變成「有越來越多人進入高等教育」，而不能單於女生了！

反而言之，假如男生沒有呈現同樣的狀況，這個論點就會更確立！

題目問要怎樣判斷"比例"有提高的趨勢呢？

答案D，把20~21歲進入高等教育的男生百分比拿來跟女生的百分比做比較，就可以知道"比例"是否有提高
