我想知道有沒有唸MBA的同學轉學成功的經驗
可以詳細說明一下嗎?

Actually, there is no any transfer thing!
You are the same like other candidates doing the whole process, essays, letters, resume...., the entire application and apply the schools you want.
Most of schools won't let you waive any class which you did in ex-school, so that means you must start from beginning if you successfully get the admission.
