I didn't take TOEFL, but I can offer my observation from my experience of applying for MBA and getting to know the administration staffs:

Basically, all the test score criteria are for reference only. They are just the measuring standard for your chance of acceptance. You can think of the chance of acceptance as a normalized curve. The higher the score you have, the better chance of acceptance you will have (closer to mean). Of course, we always hear about stories where people have a low GMAT/TOEFL score and got into a prestigious school nonetheless. They are just special cases that are at the tail of the normal curve (5% percentile?). If you believe the strength of your profile and the administration will review your profile regardless of you below average TOEFL/GMAT, more power to you.

有些基本題甚至已經修改過30個版本了

還真有點 小煩了
