房地產市場分析這個領域比較有名的學校有哪些？

小弟初來乍到，因為想要出國唸這些相關的領域，可是苦於手邊資訊不足，可以請各位前輩給予一些資訊嗎？讓我可以到這些學校的網站查詢一下申請門檻。

目前只知道大部分做Real Estate 都掛在MBA下面。但是有哪些學校有甚至是排名在前面的卻不清楚。

迷惑中..... ;-$

UCLA-Anderson
USC-Marshall

我最熟的是這兩家. .,有好課程

另外我猜NYU-Stern也有不錯的課程

不過這些學校都是開掛在MBA底下選修課程，並無單一的碩士學位

Just wanted to share my 2 cents on real estate. Real estate investing is no different from other types of investment or businesses.

-You can either approach real estate from the development side, which requires passion for real estate and an eye for creating value

Or,

--You can approach it from the finance side, which requires financial knowledge & finance experience

An old saying about Real Estate is that everything boils down to "location, location, location." My point here is that what you will learn in a real estate course at business school is likely not very applicable/practical to real estate investment in Taiwan/China.

You can check Cornell , master real estate program.

2 TW students got offer last year and they are doing the summer
intern now. One in Citigroup, another one is in a real estate group in US.

這各領域中MIT排名第一, 是一年制課程, 而且只招生三十人
GMAT成績倒不是關鍵
而是相關的工作經驗

我今年有朋友上MIT的Real Estate Program
由於他在過去三年多參與到許多台灣商用不動產的直接投資
今年MIT只有錄取他一各台灣人
中國每年則有五個名額
未來多半會成為彼岸都市計劃的推手

UNN - Chapel Hill 的 Real Estate領域挺有名的，這個學校也有專門在搞 Real Estate的社團，你可以查一下這個學校。

USC除了MBA有Real Estate concentrate，還有兩個單獨的master program，
分別是Master of Real Estate Development (MRED)，Master of Construction Management
這些課程都以Lusk Center for Real Estate以及相關的社團為中心。
