請問有UF(University of Florida)的前輩嗎?

想請問板上有沒有UF的前輩可以請教一下?
我想申請UF一年制的MBA

可是我看他的DEADLINE
International Applicants – Closed
不知道這是什麼意思?(我有請我阿姨幫我打去UF問,他說截止日是2月,可是也並未說明closed是什麼)
因為希望可以申請明年入學
可是卻無法評估我該在什麼時候之前做完
到這一步就有點卡住了
我有上去把學校網站看過一輪
但問題還是不少

目前狀況--OL一名
GMAT：未考,已報補習班7月開課
TOEFL：未考(想順便請問以UF來說需要多少以上?我一直查不到TOEFL的成績部分....)
GPA：自己換算約為3.4(後4學期為3.7左右)
應準備東西：RESUME、ESSAY、推薦信

才要剛開始起步,很多東西都不太懂
也不打算找代辦,想要自己來弄
能找到這裡真的很開心,希望可以跟前輩多多交流

這應該是指這個Traditional 1-Year - Option A 以不收2007入學的國際學生
International Applicants – Closed
Domestic Applicants – space available, apply as soon as possible.
網站上有Traditional 1-Year - Option B, doesn't really know what is the different between Option A and Option B.
建議你就直接打電話去問, 說想申請2008 what is the deal line for R1, or early bird.

我對A、B的理解不知道對不對
A是針對想快速得到學位回到工作崗位上的人
B則是針對有商學背景的人

請教前輩所說的"硬式條件"指的是什麼阿?
和"條件式入學"不同嗎?

依據這個敘述, Option A 是啥背景都Ok. Option B 你要大學唸商的.

我講的硬式條件是指 GMAT, TOEFL, GPA 這種條件.
軟式: Essays , 推薦函, interview ... 這種應人而異的東東.
硬式& 軟式是我個人愛用的說法而已.

至於條件式入學, it is a totally different story.
條件式入學是指你TOEFL or GPA 沒有達到標準, so school give the the conditional 入學. 譬如,學校要求TOEFL iBT 79, but your score is 75 在差異不大的狀況下,學校可能請你先去上英文課. Or GPA 3.0 以上, but your GPA is 2.8 學校會說你第醫學一要維持一定成績,才發正式AD 給你.

不過看起來UF 是沒有條件式入學的. 我是不知道UF Ranking, but GMAT average is 670 左右within top 50 應該是跑不掉.

看看有無現行UF MBA students 前輩,來提供提供意見

可以順便請教一下
ESSAY是不是每年都會不一樣？
因為我有download今年的申請資料
可是我不確定我如果想申請明年的入學的話
是不是題目就會不同......

Essay題目有可能改!
記得去年申請MSU的時候就是腳步太快把ESSAY全寫完後後才知道學校尚未更新2007年申請資料,一更新完愕然發現題目都不一樣了.... 而且更新後離第一輪的DEADLINE只有兩週...DAMN
後來拼死拼活才寫完,我不知道UF會不會改,但是只能說有可能,不如先把ESSAY會問的大方向"WHY MBA" "personal short term goal and long term goal" "How will you contribute to your future classmates"之類的問題想清楚,基本上essay都是繞著這些東西跑,但是一些細節的不同,就要等題目發表了才知道了.
