如何拒絕學校的ADMISSION？

因為已經決定要去的學校了
其他不去的學校除了要退還I-20之外
像在cover letter上面的口吻要怎樣寫比較適當哩？
除了letter, I-20之外還要繳回什麼資料學校呢？

拋磚引玉，提供我是大概怎麼寫的吧。希望能夠有所幫助。

Dear Sir or Madam (Admission Committee),
How is student recruitment going so far? I must sincerely admit how grateful and honored I am to receive the admission to enter AAAA (打算發好人卡的學校), a prestigious MBA program. Among the schools which I have applied for, I believe AAAA (要發好學校卡的學校) and BBBB(最後要去的學校) are undoubtly the best and most rationale selections. [註1] Both programs being highly ranked and competitive, I had a hard time deciding which program to enter.

MBA is a choice of a lifetime, and a sophisticated decision would be the only way to avoid regret later on. As a result, I carefully compared the two programs and consulted many friends about the issue. AAAA is better than BBBB in most aspects, and without doubt a reasonable choice. However, there are several aspects that are particularly attractive to me in program BBBB. (請自舉例) These distinctive features lead to my final decison to enter program BBBB.

Even though I decided to enter program BBBB, I hope to thank you for giving me the admission to program AAAA. Also, I hope program AAAA the best in student recruitment this year!

[註1]因為最後進的學校大概比收到好學校卡的學校排名好一些，至少差不多。所以拿來和他們做比較，他們應該也是滿高興的。

(可惜我已經用簡單的方式回覆學校了)

我記得還有前輩獲得"獎學金"
順提了一下希望能給其他(更)優秀的候選人
也可以感謝一下申請過程中所獲得的協助與對學校的印象或建議等

像我對於行政人員及申請系統的流暢就特別感謝
且選校猶豫時期 校友提供很多珍貴的意見
故也在回覆的信件中提及學校這方面的優勢等

或許未來還有合作交流的機會(?)
所以回覆的信件也可以當作一封正式的信函認真填寫 :P
