詢問有關DePaul條件式入學？

想請教大家一個問題，我這兩天收到Depaul一封信，不太確定信裡的內容是否就是conditional admission，學校還沒回我信，想要請教一下是否有收到類似信件的版友，我信裡的內容如下，
I do have to ask if you are planning on retaking your TOEFL exam? Your score is significantly below our required score and we would not be able to admit you based on that score. We do have a joint ELA/MBA program where you participate in the ELA and through their program obtain the required score and then begin the program with us, here at the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. If this is something that you are interested in I can give you some more information, otherwise you could just retake the exam again and submit a new score.
不知道這信裡指的是學校有提供條件式入學嗎？是叫我決定重考TOEFL或者是接受它ELA/MBA的program嗎？謝謝!

學校的意思是說,你的TF成績不在他們的入學標準,但他們願意收你,但你必須先修他們的語言學校(也可以說是pre-MBA),再開始MBA的課程! 或是你可以重考TF,達到他們的標準就可以直接上MBA課程! 很多學校都有類似的要求,為了多賺一點學費!

我在想ELA應該是暑假的先修課程,先確認他要你上多久,何時開課,看看會不會影響你正常的秋季班MBA課程!
如果你不想花錢上語文學校,看看他們的要的TF成績,在重考一下囉!
