Yes, it can take international students and give you full-time status, but you will still be taking classes with the part-time American students.
The classes are held in the evenings and usually for just three days a week.
Pros of the program:
You get the Johns Hopkins name, which is very well-known in the US.
Cons:
Business school is like JHU's stepchild. However, things should change in the future with the huge amount of money US$100mm, that the school has received.
