[問題]請問這有錄取的意思嗎?

We have received all your financial documents and papers they only thing missing was you TOEFL.

I have sent your papers to the International Students and Scholars office and you should be receiving your I20 with the next few weeks.

以上是我發e-mail問學校有沒收到我的文件,學校回覆我的mail
學校回覆我還沒收到我的toefl的成績,但為啥又說我應該會收到I-20??
實在有點不了解..學校是不是只是在說明我的申請STATUS,並沒有什麼錄取的意思呢??請有經驗的前輩.幫助我一下,非常感謝

謝謝kyo前輩的建議,我剛check一下,我有在on-line application填我的成績,但是我在3/21就寄出我的成績了(由ETS寄出）,是ETS的作業時間太長嗎?還是學校推給ETS呢?另外,想再請問一下?我若寫信去問他這算錄取的意思嗎?會不會不好阿?因為若錄取應該會有正式的通知吧.但他都沒提到會正式通知我耶.請前輩們給我點建議囉.非常感謝.

But I have sent my score in March 21 and I do know why you did
not get that yet, should I ask ETS to resend again?
And since you said that I will receive I20 with the next few weeks,
does it mean I have got admission from xxx University?
Would you please help me?

We did receive your TOEFL although it still is not enough to begin classes you will have to go to our CELOP class in order to bring your score up. Your TOEFL was xxx and we require a xxx.

I know your TOEFL requirment is xxx so I have to take your CELOP class and I really desire to take it to enhance my TOEFL score if I have been admitted from Boston University.
But, my question is that I do not know whether I have been admitted from your mail.

這應該是錄取的意思了吧?!原本想說再跟他確認一下沒想到感覺他一直不正面回答
後來發現好像很多學校都規定禁止學生以及教職員回答以及詢問有關是否錄取的消息,是否是因為如此所以被規定的職員都不能正面的答覆..而我還很笨的自以為我是不是詞不達意..猛問..
拜託有經驗的前輩們,幫幫忙吧..給我一點信心,這樣是不是就是錄取了..

不過這位職員的英文真的不太好懂
完全沒有標點符號 然後文法和用字也都怪怪的
不知道他寫出來的水平
是不是因人而異
看到英文爛的就亂亂寫
