可能是A與B相比 所以原句的its應為Prakta's

如果是這樣的話 中文應該是
Prakta沒有任何地方所受現在歐洲建築的影響比Prakta's政府建築所受的現在歐洲建築影響來得更明顯了
(說得有點繞舌 將就一下)
意味著當地的政府建築受現在歐洲建築影響最深

所以是nowhere(ADV)与in Prakta's government buildings(ADV) 在比較
