Honestly folks, if you're worried about "up or out" at this stage, before you get an offer from consulting, then you probably don't have the "it" to get into consulting in the first place.

I point this out because most people have more potential than they think. Set a goal and go get it.

From the consultants I have been acquainted w/ at the top firms, even if they leave, they usually speak very favorablly of their experience at these firms.

請問前三大管顧公司給非MBA的BA/consultant所謂的local pay大概是怎麼樣的一個水平? 有傳聞McKinsey Taipei的BA月薪有差不多十萬台幣??

據側面瞭解，Mck的BA 應該有 8-10萬左右。

McKinsey Taipei pays different for 1st year BA depends on your background. However, it becomes simiar and close to global pay when you become 2nd or 3rd year BA. (with good performance)
