Description
The role of Project Management specialist is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to product plan and strict deadlines under supervising of senior project management staff. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of cross-team members and third-party partners to deliver projects. The Project Management specialist will be the focus point and leader throughout its life cycle.
Responsibilities
 Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
 Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
 Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
 Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
 Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
 Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
 Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
 Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
 Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
 Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
 Create/Maintain project documents and weekly reports


Requirements
 University degree or above, Electronics Engineering/Computer Science/Management(Business Administration, Industrial Management) major is preferred
 Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
 PMP certification, project/product management related work experience is a plus
