陷入兩難...拜託幫幫我！

請問華僑銀行被花旗併後更名為花旗(臺灣)銀行，與台灣原本的正統美商花旗一樣嗎？是現在處於磨合期，未來有可能成為真正的花旗銀行嗎？還是只是因為被併了所以掛名花旗而已呢？我上花旗銀行ㄉ台灣官網，他分兩個部分，左邊是美商花旗銀行(台灣)，右邊是花旗(台灣)銀行原華僑銀行，裡面寫到<<合併基準日為96年12月1日。花旗（台灣）銀行與花旗銀行為各自獨立營運之兩家銀行，現階段我們是以原方式、原分行為您提供服務。>>與<<現階段我們是以原方式、原分行為您提供服務。>>等等的說明，所以就就業而言，薪資福利或其他的績效獎金措施應該還是分開的吧？還有公司制度方面，是不是也不一樣呢？因為花旗是外商銀行而原華僑銀行是本土銀行，若同時被花旗(台灣)銀行原華僑銀行&中國信託銀行錄取，應該選擇哪一家好呢？因為我想進外商公司，但又不確定花旗(台灣)銀行原華僑銀行是否算外商銀行，還是應該選本土知名ㄉ金控集團咧？苦惱... 主要是想選擇"對未來職涯有發展性"的公司！
