花旗儲備主管計劃 Management Associate Program

不知道各位大大對這個program的看法如何

MA寶寶計畫?

在台灣很出名阿

目前各大銀行金控裡面都有花旗寶寶 都做不錯的位子 算是個不錯的program 至於是要作法金好消金好還是個金好 這個還真的見仁見智

BUT!!!!我得說 如果是唸完Top20回來作得話可能投資報酬率會很難算 Top20隨便一間都是四百萬台幣以上的水平

花旗MA
一般來說做六七年扣完稅以及生活費 可能都回不了本..... 因為MA做完即使是掛階薪水也還是那樣點點點 有升官又是另一回事兒了

--Citibank MA is probably the largest employer of MBAs in Taiwan.

--If you can get in w/ a BA, then it's probably a good investment. It will be a good stepping stone to a career in finance as many Citibank MA alum are in finance circles in Taiwan/HK.

--If you progress rapidly through the program, an MBA might not even be necessary.

--Annual comp, roughly NT 1 mm (base + bonus)

小弟目前還蹲在研究所中,主修innovation of management
雖說program掛名為MBA.. 不過大部分的課都集中在IT
如ERP,SCM,CRM...等IT課程

之前也猶豫了很久畢業後要不要回家族公司上班
不過想了一想,那真是十分的無趣...(because all your boss are ur relatives)
之前看到HSBC的MA計畫

想問一下,如果有MBA學歷,但沒工作經驗,也沒好好的在finance下工夫的我

去應徵當intern...入取率高嗎??

順道一提我的ROI算法
MBA兩年lose約100萬,外加開銷500萬,合計600萬
當花旗寶寶一年100萬,所以我才說六年回不來.

不過...升了官或是跳槽到更好的地方自然又是另一回事兒啦 :)

我個人認為MA program重的是overall的東西倒不一定要在finance特強....
