A master room in a two-bedrooms-one-bathroom apartment at Crystal Plaza (crystal city) for short-term sublease from 5-13 to 7-29. The bedroom is full furnished with a queen bed(with mattress ), desks , two couches, high-speed Wi-Fi ,Cable, an ordinary closet and a work-in closet.

You will have two roommates from Taiwan, one in another bedroom and one in the living room. They are clean and quiet GW Finance master students.

Crystal Plaza is fantastic with free printing, computer rooms, TV rooms, free billiard board rooms, a outdoor swimming pool and two gyms. It is within 5mins walking to the metro and you don’t even need to go outside to get to the metro station. And there are lots of restaurants, like Japanese food, MC, Starbucks, Golden Stone, and several Chinese buffet restaurants in the building. You may not find any better place to stay in. The kitchen has microwave, oven and etc. And Costco is within 15 minutes walking distance. The plaza is 5 stations to GWU and World Bank.

The rent will be 650, utility included for each of the two months. If you find yourself too in loved with this place, you can stay and get a long contract.
