Hi, we are two male PhD students in WP Carey School of Business. Starting this June, we would like to sublease a room in our house. The living environment here is pretty safe and quiet. The transportation is convenient as the free mini bus arrive our neighborhood every 15 minutes. Of course, you can bike to campus since the campus is just within 15 minutes biking distance and it is a very bicycle friendly community. We really like this place and hope to find someone who also treasure this great living environment to share it with us!

* Monthly Payment: 490 dollars Per Month (Utility not included)

* Sublease room floor plan: Sublease room floor plan: 300 square feet (With Independent bathroom and back yard view. Completely isolate from other rooms. This room is HUGE and live up to two people)


Transportation:

* 15 min biking distance to school via College Avenue

* Orbit (free mini-bus service) circulates between our neighborhood and ASU campus via College Avenue and Dorsey Lane. All Orbit routes run from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. every 15 minutes, 7 days a week.
