- Looking for a quiet, clean and respectful female roommate to rent second room in a 2BR/2Bth fully furnished apartment on Eastlake Ave. The bedroom for rent is fully furnished, has a gorgeous view of Lake Union, an enormous closet and a private bathroom. The apartment is about 900sq. ft fully furnished including a flat screen tv, new kitchen appliances, in-side laundry room, covered parking garage, as well as an amazing view of downtown and Lake Union!

- Buses 70. 66, 71,72, 73 stop out front, located close to both downtown (10min) and Udistrict (UW) (10min).

基本上我去年搬來只帶了兩只皮箱,家裡什麼都有,熱水壺烤箱咖啡機...etc,因為我搬進來之前是房東家人住,所以所有東西都很乾淨很新,保養的相當好,
我希望能趕快找到一位女生室友跟我一起share這間apartment. 不管你要來西雅圖短期度假也好,念語言學校準備考試或是今年秋季班要入學但要提早到Seattle的學生也好,有興趣的人都可以跟我聯絡. 目前室友提早一個quarter畢業,現在又不是租屋旺季,所以很難找到人分租,因此如果你是可以從"四月"住到五月或是六七月的人都很歡迎寫信來詢問,合約我們可以再跟房東談,房東只care有沒有定期繳房租,其他都可以安排
