我剛找到的日本、韓國室友提供的資料，讓我雖然還未啟程，心裡壓力卻先減輕不少。

對找房子還沒有甚麼頭緒的人，應該會有點幫助。只要先選擇你即將前往的城市(列在網頁右邊)，再點選"housing"即會有招租房屋的資料列出，有些甚至還附上外觀及房屋內部照片。

After you find out your place to live in, you may start buying furniture or other stuffs necessary for your stay in the States. Some people in good financial situation may buy brand new ones, but there are more others buying stuffs from moving sales or yard/garage sales. The "Craigslsit" may help you again now. Not only can you do your hosuing search thru this website, but you can also buy used furniture/appliances here. And better yet, you may sometimes get some free stuffs. Some people who are giving their stuffs away may even be willing to help you transport these items.

Just click on the "free" or "furniture" icons under the "for sale" category. You can find out what people are giving away for free, and what used items you can buy at very low price.

I personally bought a mattress and a base (both are brand new and in very good condition) from a liquidation sale at a very low price (US$90 including delivery). I'm also going to check a 21" TV out today. A guy wants to sell it and asks for only 40 bucks. I got the information all from the "Craigslist". For me, this just like a on-line yard sale.

Check it out, and you'll find many ads put on that site. Of course, you need to select the city you're in first.

　　這個網站很好，什麼東西都有，就連一些人不要的傢俱，要免費送人或是便宜賣的都有．我們家就透過這個網站買和賣了一些東西，也找到了房客．～ASUN大力推薦． 至於有同學對於網路上找房子or home stay 有疑慮，那只有跟對方 email或通電話問清楚點比較好．真的不放心的話，如果有朋友在你要去的地方，先幫你打聽好那就更好了
