EXACTLY,是在4月以前但我聽我美國的同學說, 一月底前要先交一份表格

我就是四月交的
要去圖書館拿表格
或是網路上交都可以

Right now it's too late. But just answer LZ's question

Form 1099 , that's for employer or bank to send to you for your to report your income tax. They need to send to you before the end of Jan. However, they only need to report to IRS before the end of Feb. Just using these 1099 to report your income tax & file your income tax beofe 4/17/2006. (regularly, before 4/15, but this year 4/15 was weekend)

deadline 4/15, in each year. no matter what, except you fiile extension !
