請問要去念LLM之前要先準備哪些書比較有幫助

今年要去念LLMㄌ
可是聽人家說可以先去找一些大陸翻譯ㄉ書來看
對開學後比較容易進入狀況
那那麼多書
有比較推薦ㄉㄇ

I do not believe that those translated books will benefit you much. First, there is no guarantee to the overall quality of Chinese translation; mistakes in the translation are more likely to be critical to your understanding of the whole context. Second, even if the translation were correct, reading Chinese translation would have hampered your mental process - you would have switch those English legal terms to their corresponding translation every time when you read them, then switch back from Chinese to English every time when you are asked to express yourself in English (either orally or in writing). Such process is inefficient.
I believe you can find some introductory text, written in English, about the American legal system in Taiwan. Check out the library of your college.
