小弟打算申請美國MSACC有人能夠提供他最新的排名
還有申請所需要的TOEFL GMAT及GPA分數嗎
聽說只有排名前20的才需要工作經驗是真的嗎

Accounting rankings don't really matter that much at a Master's level....

It's more important that you attend a school where you wish to work as most accounting recruiters are local firms/offices

For example, if you wish to work in New York City, it's probably a better idea to attend a school near NYC than to attend BYU, which is in Utah, just because some ranking says it's #1.

因為ACC的資料不向MBA那麼好找我只是想大概有個方向
那ACC有很重GPA嗎
我的GPA只有2.9多
有人建議我延畢然後可以啦GPA
而且又可以利用延畢的一年來準備AT跟TOEFL
等到當兵的時候
在軍隊裡面申請學校
這樣比較好
是真的嗎
請大大幫我解決我的問題

以小弟的經驗,GPA重不重要取決於你的背景. 如果你大學是在美國的大學唸,那GPA就很重要. 許多在US NEWS排名上top 30,甚至 top 3,的會研所,許多都不要求自己大學生要有GMAT成績,就算一定要有GMAT成績,大多數以都只需學生考到550就好了. 所以這時候唯一衡量的標準就是學生的GPA. 但如果是外國大學來申請相同學校,GMAT沒有到600都很難被列入考慮. 依照你敘述的背景,你因該是拿台灣的會計學位,所以這時候GPA的考量就比較沒有那麼高,因為美國會研所很難去衡量你的成績評量標準,所以大多數會研所就會把GMAT成績比重看的比較多. 但話說回來,許多學校的最低GPA要求都是3.0,所以你可能要在你GPA成績上做些調整

小弟也同意Mark Hsu說的,MSA/Macc跟MBA的就業要求不一樣,大部分會計公司並不會管你是哪家學校畢業,所以與其選擇排名,可能地區或是學校的當地聲望會比較重要一點. 會計公司有分為national, regional, 和local firm. 不管是什麼類型的firm,幾乎都是從自己local城市附近學校找學生. National或是Regional firm唯一差別就是面試完可以選擇其他城市就業的機會 (i.e. Chicago面試,LA工作)

小弟現在正再當兵變準備AT 跟申請學校當中, 當兵如果想要準備at的話要有心理準備, 看你是當什麼兵, 小弟是比較幸運當替代役, 在學校裡面做事, 即使這樣, 準備時間還是有限, 所以如果想要延畢一年, 可以在那一年之內把所有的東西弄好的話, 最好是在那一年的時候就弄好.
