關於在美國換簽證問題,請大家幫忙from old F1(OPT) to new F1

還想請教各位先進, 若我跟我老公現都在美國, 他持F1(OPT), 我是F2..若他又收到學校錄取.那我和他一定都要回AIT去renew F1和F2 簽證嗎? 有無方法可以在美國換嗎..感謝了...

基本上F1簽證是用來入境美國用的,所以只要你在美國,簽證過期也沒關係
就算你明年回台灣,你舊的F1簽證還沒有過期的話,還是可以用舊的F1簽證入境美國
只需要帶新學校的I-20就好了
至於你自己F2如果還是F2的話,應該也是沒有影響
如果你自己也要從F2轉成F1的話,也只需要在美國申請轉換身份就好了
(我是自己在7~8年前從F2轉成F1,希望條件規則現在都還沒有變)
