A Global Perspective from Arizona
Ask questions about Thunderbird's business school on Thursday, Oct. 11, at noon ET
The Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Ariz., has always been known for its international perspective on business. Its students speak more than one language and have an interest in global issues. If that sounds intriguing, then don't miss the live chat Thursday, Oct. 11, at noon ET. Thunderbird's dean of admissions, Judy Johnson, will take your questions—on subjects from how her program compares with traditional B-schools to competition in the admissions process.
Johnson became introduced to the school while serving as MBA program director for an institution that had a dual-degree partnership with Thunderbird. She was so impressed with its mission and values that, in 1990, she moved from New York to the Phoenix area to become involved with Thunderbird. In 1996, she became Thunderbird's associate dean of admission, recruiting, and financial aid.
Francesca Di Meglio (FrancescaBW), BusinessWeek.com's Business Schools community manager and reporter, will host this chat.
Hope to see you there!
Even if you can't follow the chat live, e-mail questions for the guest in advance to Di Meglio (at Francesca_DiMeglio@businessweek.com), and she'll try to include as many as possible. Please use the subject line "Thunderbird Chat." Or, simply read the transcript to be posted afterward.
