各位大大，小弟想請問這還有天理(紅色標註)嗎？真是死要錢！ 小弟該怎麼做呢？我有一個方案不知可不可行，就是重新加發這四所學校，不管declined fee。但又怕她回頭跟我收$100。噯！ 誰能告訴我怎麼做才是對的？

1)我的理解是 當初你的credit card didn't go through, (maybe you have exceeded the limit?), so the office needs to re-process your score, sending to those 4 schools.

2)Or, very possibly, they made a mistake.

3) It's better to call and ask them.
