可以請推薦人再表格簽名裡面問題都不回答然後自己附一份推薦人寫的word推薦信放再同一個信封裡可以嗎

From people I know, they wrote "Please refer to the attached letter" beside the questions in the form and sent to schools. I haven't heard of any problems about this method, so I think it is ok to do so.
