有英國碩士文憑, 是否申請美國MBA就不用考托福

目前看到的學校admission requirement 英文要求部分都寫有

All international students whose native language is not English must take either the TOEFL or IELTS exam unless they:

1. earned an undergraduate degree or post-graduate degree from an institution in which English is the language of instruction

2. are a citizen or permanent resident of a country where English is an official language

但網路上有人說要唸兩年的碩士才行

英國是一年就ok的碩士文憑

想確認一下, 是否真要唸兩年的才行.......畢竟要求只說post-graduate degree from an institution in which English is the language of instruction ...並沒說要幾年的碩士

因為已經有了英國碩士文憑....不想再考托福的人

但是我知道多數學校不會出現這樣的字句

多數學校只允許你在英語系國家唸過四年制的under拿到學位的人可以免T
