Syracuse
1. 2007- 2008 獎學金 30,000
2. 有和其他學校推出共同開課課程，是自己希望可以選修的
3. 申請過程讓我對這間學校印象很好，也提供我很多有用的相關資訊

Pittsburgh
1. 排名較好
2. 相較於Syracuse, Pittsburgh 在台灣的知名度較高(可能是因為地名的關係)
3. 沒有獎學金
4. 很少人討論這間學校，也沒有台灣同學會，不知道這間學校到底好不好

If I were you, I would choose Syracuse as it provides you competitive financial aids. SU and UPitt are at the same level in terms of reputation, however, money really matters.

Thank you, Hsudk! Actually, I found the total tuition difference of these two schools will not very big because Syracuse is a private university which cost higher than state university. But it no doubt that financial aid is an important consideration.

What I would like to understand further is about the reputation, city surroundings & program content. Most times, I can't find SU on the MBA ranking but Pittsburgh@@ Should ranking consideration be a decision point ?? I am really confused.

UPitt has been ranked as around top50 business school by USNEWS for many years. Syracuse is something between 50 and 75. Last year Syracuse was ranked as top66, while it was out of top66 this year. I suggest that you consider other factors rather than ranking, such as location, average graduate salary, financial support, and employment rate. UPitt locates in a big city, more job opportuynities available. The Syracuse University provides a solid internship program, which will benefit your job hunting after graduation. Realistically, Syracuse also provides you a US$30,000 grant. How many years working could save you such amount of money?
