推薦人的問題 - Please Help!!

我有一個關於推薦人的問題, 希望大家給我意見:

我在現在的工作已經四年 (so no former boss), March之前我有兩個上司, in April 其中之一離職, 我就升到他的位子, 也就只剩一位上司.

我已經請離職的那位寫推薦信了, 可是因為我不想讓公司知道我明年要離職, 所以不能請現在上司寫, 也沒有個適合的客戶或社團人士可找.

我的問題是：
1. 如果找同事寫（不同部門）會對申請有不利影響嗎? (三年的同事關係）

2. 大家有沒有意見, 幫我想想第二個人可以找什麼樣的人呢?

我真的很需要意見, 最近頭都想痛了. 感激不盡!!

1. 如果找同事寫（不同部門）會對申請有不利影響嗎? (三年的同事關係）<----Not recommend. But, if you have coworked with other departments in some cases or projects, I recommend you to ask a recommendation from the chief of the department.

2. 大家有沒有意見, 幫我想想第二個人可以找什麼樣的人呢? <---You might find a supervisor who is your clients or suppliers. you must have closely cooperated with him/her.

My suggestion to you is that you find recomenders who deeply know your ability, potentials, and things you did before. Those recommenders can describe your characteristics in different areas such as having excellent communication ability, or good leadership......ect.
