新手發帖....請教各位先進有關BU- MSIM Program 的申請問題......

大家好....

小弟對於BU的 MS in Investment Management Program 有著濃厚的興趣....但上了官方網頁http://management.bu.edu/gpo/msim/index.html
發現一個問題:

The Office of Graduate Admission welcomes international applicants to the MSIM program. However, please be advised that we are unable to sponsor visas for study in this program. In order to be considered for the MSIM program, you must have a valid visa that allows you to study in the United States.

因為我之前沒有任何申請學校的經驗
所以想請問各位先進....
1.是不是表示到時我不能以BU所提供的I20去申請簽證
2.假如真的沒辦法...是不是有別的方式讓我能夠居留去讀這個Program,因為這個Program對我來說實在是很不錯.......
