On behalf of the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering I am pleased to offer you admission to the graduate program with the fall 2006 semester. You have been admitted to pursue the Master of Science degree program. We are not, however, able to offer financial assistance for your graduate studies. We hope this will not prevent you from seeking your graduate degree at Lehigh.

Our Office of International Students and Scholars will be in contact with you regarding housing, immigration documents, health insurance, and other important details.

In order for your file to be complete in our Registrar's Office, our office must receive a copy of your Official Final Transcript. This transcript must indicate your degree and the date conferred, contain the seal of the school, the Registrar's signature, and be received in a sealed envelope before grades, transcripts or a degree from Lehigh University will be released. If you already took care of this, please disregard this notice.

If you decide to accept this offer of admission, please complete the enclosed acceptance form and return it the ISE Office as soon as possible in order to complete your file.

為何會叫我再送一份成績單過去
然後又說 如果你已經送了 就不用理
在application的過程中
成績單不就已經是必要元素了嗎
有可能有人會沒附成績單嗎?
那怎麼會特地一段敘述
叫人家補成績單過去
然後又說 如果已經有做這件事 就不必理會
那這樣不是廢話嗎???
還是有別的意思 能否請大家指點一下

他是說等到你這個學期結束了
要再寄一次成績單給他,因為這樣才有包含你這個學期的成績
還有可以證明你已經畢業了

我想這段話是針對某些還沒畢業的申請人寫的，沒什麼特別意思，如果你已經寄了，那就把剩下的資料填一填就好了。
