因為 (D) proves that the release of histidine will overcome the toxic material; therefore, not only the herb can grow but all other previously unservivable plants can grow as well.

我覺得江老師的答案怪怪地耶
Ｄ的中文應為：在一段時間後,在高金屬濃度的土壤上種植這種植物會使土壤變得適合那些可以生長在有毒的土壤（?這裡的which是指土壤？）植物們（生長）

但在本文中明明就說此植物產生的amind acid會使mental inert(字典上寫chemically inactive)
那麼土壤怎可能還有毒呢？

是我自己中文化理解有誤嗎？

答案不會是D
題目明明要討論the herb’s high histidine production 和植物適應有毒土壤的關係

而D cultivation使plant適應有毒土壤,屬失焦選項
