我在猜 top tenth的 range應該有包含 1-10
所以雖然top third是 1-3, 但是Nestor and Elizabeth也是有可能名次比Jame's 高....
例如: james第三名, 而 Nestor and Elizabeth並列第一名, 而Nancy也是第三名(比Elizabeth低)

答案就只剩下(C)
