這題說明絕對數值不一定等於相對數值

房地產的總市場價值(分子)下降,結果所佔assessed value的百分比卻沒有改變,就表示連assessed value (分母)都跟著下降,所以百分比才沒改變

ex: 1997年的比率是:50/125=2/5
1998年的比率因為兩者都有下降,變成:40/100=2/5

例子有點爛,不過可以容易理解

請問一下
這題是在說稅基(the assessed value of that real estate)變少，可是稅率(The percentage of assessed value that was paid as property taxes to the city)不變的意思嗎？
這樣的話應該是每年收到的稅會減少（C？）
參考答案是D，可是在題幹中好像看不出來阿....感覺像是無關選項.....
有同學可以解惑一下嗎～感謝

這兩題是題目一樣 但是答案選項不一樣
一個是C 另一題是D
不過解題的想法都是相同
假定稅收25% 100*25%=25
80*25%=20
實際稅收下降 但是所佔比例不變

哎呀! 這題我真覺得很怪，bonus貼的另一題我可以理解。
可是原題我怎麼怎樣都找不到一個答案，
正確解C選 只有講到last year...但題幹的結論did not change from "year to year" during this period.
這樣時間範圍怎麼對的起來，還是後來這個題目也有改過囉?
