說明了triple-trailer trucks 平常只會在車流量比較少的地區行使
也就是說比較基礎不同,如果triple-trailer trucks 平常就在車少的地方,
那發生車禍的機率比較少也是正常,就weaken了結論 (沒人知道triple-trailer trucks 變成在正常路段(車較多的地方)行駛,會不會車禍率依就比較低,說不定比較高呢)

至於e,我覺得payload是無關選項耶

對於e我做了太多衍伸，如果platload有影響，就有可能發生事故的機率。
不過看來真是多想了
A選項我只覺得都是在高速公路上，但是沒有想到比較的基礎並不同這問題，
真是一語驚醒夢中人，感恩~~~

也就是說比較基礎不同,如果triple-trailer trucks 平常就在車少的地方,

答案B 思路相同 比較基礎不一
