殘留物會留在土壤裡超過一年，又提到soybeans 會被傷害，
所以如同答案(B)所提：corn and soybeans are often planted in a field in alternate years，會輪流交替種植，
則農民便會不情願採用除草劑了。

我認同這個解釋
但不解為何C不可以

(C) The demand for soybeans is growing faster than is the demand for corn
我的解釋是: 市場上對soybean的需求比crops 高,所以多數farmers會選擇種植soybeans.
又因此herbicides對soybeans會造成傷害 所以多數farmers不情願採用herbicides
