我也覺得題目要weaken的是會裁員的prediction
E. 因為Consolidated's fleet(應該是指Manto's model TX)才剛開始，後續還需要Manto Aircraft 的服務，這樣Manto Aircraft應該是不會裁員的
應該就是這麼解釋了...

我手邊的答案是A,

想過後覺得A也不錯, 因為製作貴機器(Z)需要靠外包提供人力, 如果自己家的人力夠, 就不用依靠外包人力啦~~
所以我的想法是, 自己家人力都不夠, 所以還要靠人力外包 -> 代表不會裁員

答案E, 也有道哩, 請大家討論一下吧!!

這有一點項資充的概念，其實A選項＂比較＂Z和TX機種的外包人力的多寡這個條件已經是跟議題偏離了
再說，外包有兩種可能，一個像你說的，但另外一個比較常見的，根本就是公司不想用公司裡的人，要用公司外的人，所以公司裡的人反而比較容易被裁員
如果有兩種可能話，這種條件不能weaken題目的論述

討論一下這樣的想法是不是 OK?

好像不 OK 勒!
題目的重點在 M 公司,不是 C 公司; C 的飛機不盡然都是從 M 買的,這個資訊就無法判斷 M 要不要裁員了.
(A) 應該是比較直接相關的選項: Z 的製造是外包,沒用自己人, TX 自己做,看起來不能裁員才做的出來喲!
不好意思!之前誤導大家了.

這一題還請高人指點快速答題方法... 我覺得我都看不太出來，第二次做還做錯，答案應該還是A說。

Z的外包也沒說沒用自己人，只是Z外包比較多(relies more heavily on outside subcontractors....)，TX題目並沒有說外包多少，但至少有外包的部分一定比Z少。
加上題目最後一句說canceled ... an equal number of ... Z jets ，所以把減少的外包人力補回自己公司的話，Manto不用裁員，還得多請人。

唉...我之前也不知道想到哪去了，大家當作沒看到我之前po的。

如果看得不是很懂，也要想辦法作對，我的快速解法：

題幹 多一張訂單TX時；cancel一張訂單Z，整體沒變,,原本的預估(layoff)也不變，大致上去抓人事/訂單的相關選項

(B) 相關選項，表示Z人員沒訂單就成了冗員，有裁員空間，是support選項　(唯一的混淆選項)
(C) 無關選項，訂單呢？
(D) 無關 1.不要把過去的經驗套進現代; 2.訂單呢？
(E) 無關選項，訂單呢？

(A) 少掉的訂單Z，用人是外包的，怎麼layoff? weaken 選之～
