"underestimate that" 這個that是指the amount of energy嗎?

這題的KEY只有一個就是平衡,先不管it 與 that的部分,本句的原型是
overestimate the amount of energy used by visible equipment ,such as lights.......................underestimate the amount of energy used by unobtrusive equipment ,such as water heaters.這是一個相當對稱漂亮的句子

因此:
1.E的部分when根本沒有存在必要,不會選到E,至於OG的解答寫such as lights is not parallel to unobtrusive,我覺得很奇怪,因為such as lights是與such as water heaters平衡,所以......OG的說明別理他...
2.為簡化本句,當後面所使用代名詞與前同時使用that,those,因此,the amount of energy為單數,使用that.
