為什麼用現在分詞修飾 clans 會造成歧異? 現在分詞不是可以修飾其前面的名詞嗎
如果會造成歧異 那為何OG90的某句話就沒有這個問題？

OG說116題(A)選項錯的原因為,.....that are bring back.....中的that前面有兩個修飾對象styles or fixtures
也就是說OG認為用關代時,若是
先行詞不明確,則容易造成歧異,關代雖然就近修飾最靠近的名詞,但實際上在很多題目裡會發現
A of B wh關代,關代往往修飾對象為A,而非最靠近的B,因為
A為主要,而
of B介片其實也是修飾A,
另外若是A,B均能執行wh關代引導的動詞時(同時句意不易解讀時),則會容易造成其歧異
至於98題的選項(A)用whose開頭,不會造成whose修飾Anasazi嗎,會不會所有格關代與作主詞的關代彼此之間有些許差異,用whose修飾可能比較不會有問題吧,我也不是很確定.

90題這一題,flowing.....應該是修飾ripples,in the air 也是修飾ripples,.....在空氣中產生漣漪圍繞著它們(山頂),
圍繞著山頂的應該是漣漪(強調漣漪)而非空氣,其實我也有疑問,air不是可以做flow的動作嗎,匠應該也會有歧異
也許有人有更好的解釋^_^!
PS:我後來又覺得flowing應該就是就近修飾air,句意:
在圍繞山頂中的空氣產生漣漪,在第二句話中的.....although
the air that forms them.....把air再一次提出來且這一句不論是修飾ripples或是air對句意似乎影響不大(與98題相較)
