答案D正確我可以理解，不過在OG的解釋當中（A）和（B）是做這樣解釋的…

我不懂為什麼To Josephine Baker… her / For Josephine Baker… her 會awkward？
這樣的句型不就跟 For/To Anny, teaching is her favorite. 一樣的道理嗎？為什麼會awkward呢？

我考慮這兩個答案時有三個想法:

(1)由原題的and she得知主詞為女性, 而非Paris.

(2)It is xxx for someone to do something是較佳的修辭

(3)印象中句首副詞片語to和for的用法通常是to+原V和for+N(這一點我不確定)

答案B用了兩個逗點來修飾主要子句,不妥.
答案A則是考慮以上三點.
