另外從句意上來看用E的while轉折語氣也比with通順...

這一題我也選錯了,我選D...想問一個比較廣泛的問題,在AT中with的用法大概為何?因為我一直搞不清楚,可是做題時,總覺得即使正確答案沒有with,with出現在其他選項的機率也很高(就是那種出來拉賽的)...請大大幫我上一下課囉!!

我覺得E的轉折很漂亮
不一定要你說的情形相反才能用while,這有時只是帶點因果味道的轉折更能讓讀者心領神會

不過剛剛在longman找到一個例句.....

with不好，因為這樣整個片語太長了，顯得笨重

最後一個while似乎最說的通，但問題是不知道怎麼解，"當"應該可以講得通，while做此解的時候，必須用現在進行試。所以問題只剩下has plummeted...

我想，既然都是現在時，應該還是可以通吧?

如果做contrast應該也可
雖然去年大降價又更普及，可是大家還是在深夜打長途電話，因為深夜有更優惠

ps.那個長途電話的表達方式好奇怪，不知道是不是正確用法，一般都是long-distance call吧?懷疑是不是題目背出來就錯了...

如果意思是正確的,他也可能是正確選項
