我的看法是，BD的前半部應該是講一樣的事，只是一個是主動，另一是被動
現在想想，B的錯誤可能在於後半段，也就是benefit不可能是information
因此像B這種平衡漂亮的句型，會讓後半段的information 形容benefit，有歧異
反倒是D 這種awkward的文章，就因為後半段更為清楚
或許就是關鍵吧

這一題我剛開始也是選B 但回溯整個句子的structure, information 指的應該是 whether they have the necessary reserves to pay the pension benefits, 也就是corporation 被要求要report的information, 構成所謂 report 受詞 的同位語 有強調的作用, 而且選項B的the information 前面的that讓讀者認為是修飾benefits, 這樣語意根本不通.


請多指教~
